This machine, which is a little like the ones you find in a winery
is supposed to peel the coffee cherry, so the peel will be separated from
the coffee beans which are inside the cherry (usually there are two coffee
beans in every cherry, but in 5% of the cherries there's only one bean).

I plan to add a picture or two here that will show the final
phase in which the coffee beans are left to dry up.
