Our wedding will be held at Stanford Memorial Church (picture) on September 6, 1997 at 5 P.M. Rev. Christina Miller of Memorial Church and the Stanford Hospital will be performing the ceremony. A reception at Ming's Villa in Palo Alto will follow the church ceremony.

As you know, Jennifer is Chinese and K.C. is Korean. In case you were wondering, our wedding ceremony will be a traditional Western-style Protestant ceremony; the reception will be in the form of a Chinese banquet. We have many guests coming from out-of-town, so you will hear a variety of languages being spoken and some different cultural traditions. I couldn't find a Cantonese cheat- sheet, but the Korean Embassy kindly provides some handy Korean phrases. If you don't speak Korean, these might come in handy. There is also information on cultural differences and etiquette.
If you are flying into this area, you can either fly to San Francisco International Airport or San Jose International Airport. Stanford is south of SF and north of SJ, just about halfway between the two cities.
You can use Yahoo's Air Travel Service to find out what flights are available and at what prices. This is a nice way to check out your flying options.
Both airports have car rental agencies nearby; this is California, so unless you have some good friends in the area it is probably wise to rent a car. Public transportation is quite bad.
