---------------------------------------------------------------------------- [Image] Call For Papers The Ninth Canadian Conference on Computational Geometry (CCCG'97) August 11-14, 1997 Queen's University, Kingston, Canada ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- The Ninth Canadian Conference on Computational Geometry will be held at Queen's University, Kingston, Canada, from August 11 to August 14, 1997. Papers presenting research in all areas of computational geometry are sought including robotics, motion planning, computer graphics, solid modeling, computer aided design and manufacturing, pattern recognition, and layout problems. We welcome submissions that are algorithmic and combinatorial including analysis of algorithms and data structures, issues arising from implementations, geometric optimization, analysis of geometric configurations experimental and applied including actual implementations with experimental results, comparative studies, real-world applications and their modeling, systems for implementing, debugging or animating geometric algorithms. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- Submissions Authors should send one camera-ready original and seven copies of an extended abstract of up to six pages by April 28, 1997 to The 9th Canadian Conference on Computational Geometry (CCCG'97) Department of Computing and Information Science Queen's University Kingston, Ontario K7L 3N6 CANADA Submissions typeset using LaTeX with the proc.sty style or the equivalent are preferable, and should be presented on either 8.5"x11" or A4 paper. The text area should be not larger than 6.5"x9" (16.5cmx23cm), preferably double-column. Use 10 point or bigger font. Submissions by fax or by email will not be considered. Submissions should include the fax number and email address of the sender. Submissions received past the deadline risk rejection without further consideration. Authors will be notified of acceptance or rejection by June 6, 1997.
