As the abstracts will be published in a brochure to be distributed to the participants, the text (prepared in a camera-ready format in LaTeX) should conform to the following guidelines: the size of the text area 17 x 24 cm type 12pt in the order: the title, name(s) of the author(s), full mailing address(es) (including e-mail address(es)), keywords, MOS(AMS) Subject Classification, the text of the abstract. To contribute to the volume, send two copies of the manuscript (up to 8 typewritten pages) by October 1, 1997. The details of paper formatting will be provided during the Colloquium. Additional information: The official language of the Colloquium is English. The registration fee is $90.00. During the Colloquium you will get acquainted with the rich archaeology of the town of Plovdiv, as well as excursions will be organized to the Bachkovo Monastery, Sts. Ciric and Lulita Monastery, Pamporovo (a mountain resort), Shiroka Luka (a country village near Pamporovo) and Hissar. The participants of the Colloquium will be accommodated in hotel rooms with two beds. Final details of the location of the Colloquium and the hotel will be provided in April.
