Authors are invited to submit papers either in hard copy by post, or electronically by email, to the address below. Electronic submissions should be in PostScript format, printable in a standard Unix environment. LaTeX source of final versions of accepted papers will be required. Joint submissions to other conferences are not permitted. Authors of accepted papers are expected to present their work at the conference.
