Outdoors Clubs

I have participated in many hikes in this area through the Stanford Outing Club. I have lead trips to:

	Beginner's Backpacking Trip, Jennie Lakes Wilderness, (Fall 1999);
	Point Reyes (Spring 1999);
	Butano State Park (Winter 1999).

I have also participated in trips with the Stanford Redwood Club. I have lead an Advanced Rock Climbing trip (Fall 1999).

I took the Advanced Wilderness Skills class through Stanford Outdoors Education Program (Spring 1999), I strongly recommend this class! :-)

I love when you backpack and after even a couple miles you are immersed in beauty and (often) far from the crowds. Some places I have been to:

Summer 1999, I did a Trans-Sierra trip, starting from Sequoia to Mount Whitney (the High Sierra Trail, some pictures by Louis).

I also love rock climbing. Some places I have been to:

Arturo, Louis and I climbed Mount Shasta (via Avalanche Gulch) (14162 ft, 4317m 7/10/99), (some pictures by Louis).
